On September 28th, our gala lit up the evening with purpose and passion, uniting a vibrant community dedicated to empowering girls through chess. Guests gathered for a sophisticated night of connection and celebration, enjoying exquisite cuisine, uplifting reflections, and of course, it wouldn’t a chess gala without a few impromptu games of chess!
The room was alive with energy—filled with laughter, generosity, and a shared vision for the future. Our silent and live auctions offered something for everyone, from captivating art and curated wines to thoughtfully crafted gift selections. The evening’s vibrant energy translated into real impact, as it helped fuel opportunities for girls to grow and thrive in chess.
Thanks to the incredible support of our patrons and attendees, we raised vital funds to expand access to chess for girls—through scholarships, training opportunities, and essential resources. More than a fundraising event, the gala was a powerful celebration of progress, confidence, and community. It marked an inspiring milestone in our mission to open more doors for young women in chess and ensure every girl has the chance to thrive at the arena.
